What happened here
2The word reaches Antioch
Believers scattered by the persecution that arose over Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word only to Jews. But some men of Cyprus and Cyrene who came to Antioch also spoke to the Hellenists about the Lord Jesus, and a great number believed.
Acts does not name the towns in Phoenicia or on Cyprus where the word was spoken.
Through Phoenicia and Samaria
Sent on their way by the church, Paul and Barnabas passed through Phoenicia and Samaria, telling of the conversion of the Gentiles, which brought great joy to all the brothers.
Acts names only the regions, not the towns they visited.

Location certainty
A coastal region, not a single place. The marker is the representative point Pleiades gives for the region; OpenBible.info’s point for Phoenicia is the city of Tyre itself.
