  6. A lame man healed at the temple

At the hour of prayer a man lame from birth asked Peter and John for gifts at the temple door called Beautiful. Peter told him in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth to walk, and he went into the temple walking, leaping and praising God. In Solomon’s porch Peter spoke to the amazed crowd.

Acts names the temple door called Beautiful and the porch called Solomon’s; the marker shows the temple platform.

  7. Signs and wonders in Solomon’s porch

The apostles did many signs and wonders, and they were all together in Solomon’s porch. People carried the sick into the streets so that Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them, and crowds came from the cities around Jerusalem with the sick and those tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed.

Acts names Solomon’s porch, which John 10:23 places in the temple; the sick were laid in the streets. The marker shows the temple platform.

  8. Paul is seized in the temple

Near the end of the seven days, Jews from Asia saw Paul in the temple and stirred up the crowd, claiming he had brought Greeks into it, since they had seen Trophimus the Ephesian with him in the city. The crowd dragged Paul out to kill him, but the commanding officer came with soldiers and arrested him.

Paul was seized in the temple and dragged out of it; the commanding officer arrested him outside and ordered him taken to the barracks (Acts 21:30–34). Trophimus is mentioned only as someone seen with Paul in the city.
